Here is a great recipe, which is a twist on a simple air fried chicken dish, I would do on my grill or in my oven, before I had my air fryer.
I was not disappointed, the air fryer, did an amazing job at keeping the chicken moist, during the cooking process, while at the same time crisping up the bacon.
My kids loved it, and when you can serve everyone the same meal, what is not to love?
If you are looking for great meals that you can make ahead, you can easily assemble this in the morning (or the night before) and just cover the chicken and bacon well, and throw it in the air fryer, when you get home from work or school. It makes for a quick dinner.

Here are the step by step instructions, so you can make it in your own air fryer,
Start by trimming the chicken into long tenderloins.
I used about three pieces of bacon, per each piece of chicken, and wrap them tightly around the chicken.
Set the chicken in the air fryer basket or in the air fryer tray. set the temperature to 380 degrees F, for 6 minutes. (air fryer setting)
After the 6 minutes, carefully brush some maple syrup on the bacon and chicken. Then air fry for another 4 minutes. (If you want to make this a KETO friendly meal just omit the maple syrup)
Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Notes
Please note always check your meat with a meat thermometer before consuming it, as all air fryers cook at different times.

So easy and so good. I didn’t have any regular bacon, but I had some partially cooked bacon. I let it soften a bit before I wrapped the chicken. I reduced the temperature to 360°F in my Instant Pot Vortex 6. It turned out perfectly. The chicken was just done enough and plenty juicy and the bacon was perfect.
