Few things are more satisfying than a plate of hot, fluffy scrambled eggs. But the process of making them is often exasperating. The first challenge is whisking together the eggs and cooking oil, which can be challenging to do without splashing half your ingredients onto the countertop. Then there’s scrambling them on the stovetop, where you have to constantly stir with one hand while scraping down the sides with another. Finally, you need to transfer them into a heated pan or casserole dish before adding cheese for melting–another messy task that requires two hands at once!
But what if I told you it could all be done in one pot? With no extra dishes needed? That’s right: Scrambled eggs made in the Instant Pot are amazing! Plus, you can make this recipe anywhere you go, from Hotel Rooms to Campers, to a vacation!

I need to make a large amount of eggs. Have you ever tried cooking 1-2 dozen at a time?

Actually, I have. I started making a bunch for hockey groups. The recipe will work the same; just make sure that you keep on mixing.
