Description

Instant Pot scrambled eggs for a crowd—easy, fluffy, and perfect for serving large groups quickly and effortlessly.

Ingredients 

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and then add the milk, and whisk the eggs until they are frothy.
  • Then press the saute button on your Instant Pot, give it about a minute to heat up, and then add the butter. Add the eggs when it's melted, then start moving the eggs around with your wooden spoon or spatula. (see my go-to spoon)
  • Based on your preference, for how much you like your egto gs cook, shut off the saute' button and plate them.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
