  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tortillas, Soft Taco Shells
  • 5 ounces red enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Collect all the ingredients you'll need for your wet burritos.
  • Set your Blackstone griddle to medium heat and allow it to warm up.
  • Once the griddle is hot, add the 1/2 pound ground beef and 1/2 cup onions to a lightly greased surface.
  • Sprinkle your favorite seasonings, such as 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper over the beef mixture.
  • Cook the meat, breaking it into small pieces with the spatula as it browns on medium heat.
  • Once the beef is fully cooked, remove any excess fat and push it into the grease trap.
  • Lay a 2 Tortillas flat, fill with the cooked beef mixture, and top with cheese. Roll the burrito tightly.
