Description

This batch of Air Fryer Creamy Mashed Potatoes is so good! And they are much better than store-bought and take only minutes to make, all right in your Air Fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds baking potatoes (small to medium)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 stalks fresh chives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    1. Start by placing your potatoes into a foil packet, Layout your foil, then place the potatoes in them.
    2. Place in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting. Check after 25 minutes to see if they are fork-tender; the actual time will depend on the type of air fryer you have and how big your potatoes are.
    3. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the potatoes.
    4. Place the mashed potatoes into a mixing bowl.
    5. Add your cream cheese and butter.
    6. Add the chives and continue to mix. I kept on mixing until the potatoes were mashed and the cream cheese and butter were mixed in.
    7. Plate, serve and enjoy!
