This batch of Air Fryer Creamy Mashed Potatoes is so good! And they are much better than store-bought and take only minutes to make, all right in your Air Fryer.

- 2 pounds baking potatoes (small to medium)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 stalks fresh chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Start by placing your potatoes into a foil packet, Layout your foil, then place the potatoes in them.
- Place in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting. Check after 25 minutes to see if they are fork-tender; the actual time will depend on the type of air fryer you have and how big your potatoes are.
- Using a fork or potato masher, mash the potatoes.
- Place the mashed potatoes into a mixing bowl.
- Add your cream cheese and butter.
- Add the chives and continue to mix. I kept on mixing until the potatoes were mashed and the cream cheese and butter were mixed in.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
