How To Make Air Fryer Fried Cauliflower Rice

Step One: If air fryer requires preheating, preheat to 350 degrees F. Combine first four ingredients together in a medium—sized bowl and whisk together until thoroughly combined.

Step Two: Add soy sauce mixture to rice and pour into a 6 or 7-inch round cake pan or other air fryer-safe pan.

Step Three: Place the pan with the rice mixture into the air fryer and set cook time for 8-10 minutes, stirring after five minutes.  When the timer completes add eggs over the rice and cook for another 4-6 minutes, or until the eggs are no longer runny.

Step Four: Add the frozen vegetables and stir well, cooking until hot. Set cook time for 3-5 minutes.   Serve immediately with or without sauce.

      Cauliflower Fried Rice Ingredients:
