For just the two of us, I split (weigh boxed mix on a food scale) the mix in half. I also 1/2 the ingredients you need to add, except for the eggs. My whole mix called for 3eggs-in this case, II used 2 eggs.
The last time I made a poke cake-also weighing out 1/2 of the boxed jello mix and half if the water you need to add to the jello mix for the poke cake.
I used the same baking time you mention -20 minutes but temp at 310° and leave the cake in the air fryer oven after the timer goes off and shuts off the hearing element. I left the cake in until the oven was cooled down& the cake in a 9” round baking pan was done through perfectly— watch and adjust for your oven, as all air fryer units will vary!!

I am new to the air fryer. A 12” round pan will not fit. I have a 9” round that does fit. Do you put a raised rack in the air fryer or just sit the pan on the thin rack that sits on the bottom?
