Air Fryer Cookie Butter Cake

Air Fryer Cookie Butter Cake

Air Fryer Cookie Butter Cakes. This is one of my favorite easy dessert recipes, and it is perfect for the air fryer. It all starts with one of my favorite products, Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter.

I have been a fan of it since I started going to Trader Joe’s about 20 plus years ago. It is the perfect ingredient for so many things, including these mini cakes.

What Is Cookie Butter?

Cookie butter is one of the main ingredients in this recipe. Literary cookies are crushed up, and milk or heavy cream is added, some spices, and brown sugar. In the Trader Joe’s version, the cookies crushed are actually speculoos. If you are like me and had no idea what speculoos cookies are, they are a Belgian biscuit, with flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and cardamom. Which as soon as you open a jar, you can smell the holiday smell. They remind me of gingerbread cookies.
