Description

Make soft, gooey cookie butter cakes quickly in your air fryer. Perfect for a warm dessert or sweet snack in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 14.1 ounces cookie butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  • In a microwave bowl, add the 14.1 ounces cookie butter set it into the microwave for 90 seconds, and stir every 30 seconds.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the melted cookie butter, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 3 large eggs mix well until smooth.
  • Spray your ramekins with olive oil.
  • Pour the batter about two-thirds the way full.
  • Set into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Let cool.
