Chunks of sweet apples in every bite and the entire cake from start to finish only took about 25 minutes. It is the perfect fall breakfast or dessert.
Air Fryer Apple Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Simple Directions:
- Add the brown sugar and eggs to a large mixing bowl, mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Then add the flour and mix well.
- Fold the apples into the batter, mixing, so they are evenly distributed.
- Spray your cake pan with olive oil spray.
- Pour the batter into the bowl, and set it into the air fryer at 320 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
- Before removing, stick a toothpick in the center of the cake to make sure it’s fully cooked. If not, add a couple of minutes.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
Note: The exact time is going to depend on what air fryer you own and how thick your cake pan is. I do not recommend a very thick cake pan, as the center will not cook.

Yes, I made this several times by substituting the flour. I find that King-Arthur’s Flour works best.
What Types Of Apples Should I Use?
You can use whatever you have on hand> I tend to use Gala, as they are sweeter, but any baking apple would do great in this recipe.
How Do I Store This Air Fryer Apple Cake?
If you have any leftover, simple use some saran warp and wrap it up, and then place in the refrigerator. It will last about 2 to 3 days.
