I have been making it for years in the oven, today because I love cake so much in the air fryer, I made it in the air fryer, it was truly light and delicious. So, here is my simple, two-ingredient recipe for Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake, you can also just call it Air fryer Pumpkin Cake.
I have to tell you, just so you know, I am truly in love with bundt cakes int eh air fryer. If you have not tried a bundt cake, you need to order yourself one, so you can be in much in love as I am.
Why do you say? Because you do not have to worry about the middle baking, repeat you don’t have to worry…
There are two ingredients, easy for everyone. There are three ingredients if you count the powdered sugar on top. Because someone is going to email me and say, there are actually 2 ingredients. I always assume that you really already have salt, baking powder, or powdered sugar, in this case, in your pantry. But if you don’t, you only need 3 ingredients.

Here Are the Ingredients You Need For This Recipe,
- 1 Box Spice Cake Mix
- 1 can of canned pumpkin
- Optional, Powdered Sugar
Here Are The Really Simple Instructions,
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and canned pumpkin.
Mix well, scrape down the sides to make sure you get all of the dry cake mix into the batter.
Spray your bundt pan with olive oil spray or non-stick cooking spray.
Fill your bundt cake pan with the batter. Then set into the air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 320 degrees F. (air frying setting)
Note: The exact time is going to depend on your air fryer, and how big your bundt pan is. Just keep on air frying at 320 until it’s completely done.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Ingredients

- 1 canned pumpkin (15 ounces canned pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling)
- Optional: Powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and canned pumpkin.
- Mix well, scrape down the sides to make sure you get all of the dry cake mix into the batter.
- Spray your bundt pan with olive oil spray or non-stick cooking spray.

- Dust with some powdered sugar.

To Make in the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. And then bake for 20-30 minutes, until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, or with a few crumbs.
