Ingredients 

T=Bone Steak Ingredients:

  • 2 t-bone steaks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Gorgonzola Butter Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup room temperature butter
  • 2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese

Instructions

  • Remove the steaks from the refrigerator, to bring them to room temperature, about 15 to 20 minutes. Rub the olive oil over the steak, season with salt, and black pepper. 
  • Preheat your air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 3-5 minutes. Then add your steak to the air fryer basket or tray. Set the cook time for 8-10 minutes. flip halfway during the cooking process.
  • Remove the steak and let it rest for about 4 minutes before serving.
  • To make the homemade gorgonzola butter: In a small bowl, add the gorgonzola cheese and butter, mix well. You can either serve that way. Or I placed the butter into a plastic wrap, and rolled it up, to look like a log, placed it in the freezer, and then cut a few pieces off for each serving.
  • Plate serve, and enjoy!
