Ingredients
Steak:
2t-bone steaks
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonolive oil
Gorgonzola Butter:
1/2cuproom temperature butter
2ouncesGorgonzola cheese
Instructions
Remove the steaks from the refrigerator, to bring them to room temperature, about 15 to 20 minutes. Rub the olive oil over the steak, season with salt, and black pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for about 5 minutes. Then add your steak to the air fryer basket or tray. Set the temperature to 8 to 10 minutes. flip halfway during the cooking process.
Remove the steak and let it rest for about 4 minutes before serving.
To make the homemade gorgonzola butter: In a small bowl, add the gorgonzola cheese and butter, mix well. You can either serve that way. Or I placed the butter into a plastic wrap, and rolled it up, to look like a log, placed it in the freezer, and then cut a few pieces off for each serving.
