Air Fryer Sirloin Steak

Air Fryer Sirloin Steak

Air Fryer Sirloin Steak such an easy recipe for a perfectly tender, juicy, and cooked steak.

Sirloin steak is one of the most affordable cuts of steak. I love it, it really doesn’t need much for a great steak. I usually add a few tablespoons of olive oil and some of my favorite steak seasonings.

Why Steaks In The Air Fryer?

Since everyone always asks why I make steaks in the air fryer, I thought I would answer those questions.

  1. It is fast.
  2. The steaks always come out perfectly.
  3. I do not have to stand outside while my steak is on the grill.
  4. It is easy.
  5. My two favorite words, when it comes to cooking are easy and delicious. I do not like complicated. I love great food cooked fast, which is why I use my air fryer.

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Steak Seasoning, pick your favorite

Simple Directions:

  1. Take your meat out of the refrigerator for about 20 to 30 minutes, so it gets to be room temperature.
  2. Then add some olive oil to the steak, season with salt, pepper, and your favorite steak seasoning.
  3. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  4. After the preheating, add your steak to the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip and air fry for another 4-7 minutes, depending on how you like your steak, medium rare will obviously take shorter to air fry then well done. Always use a meat thermometer to get the steak the way you want it.
  6. Wait about 5 minutes before serving, as it allows for the juices to settle in the middle.
  7. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
