  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup pork ground
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground beef, ground pork, onions, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until everything is well combined.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  4. Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
  5. Place the meatballs into the sprayed basket, spacing them out. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F and air fry for about 4 minutes and then flip and air fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
