Instant Pot Copycat Olive Garden Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 5.3 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 ounces cut spinach, frozen
- 14 oz. can artichoke quarters, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Simple Directions:
- Toss the chicken stock, Greek Yogurt, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, spinach, artichokes, and cream cheese into the Instant Pot bowl.
- Place the lid onto the Instant Pot.
- Close the valve to seal.
- Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure for 7 minutes.
- Once the time is done, do a quick release by pushing the valve away from you to open the pressure.
- Open the lid and mix well.
- Mix in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
