Air Fryer-Banana Bread

This is truly a family classic. This recipe has been passed down from my grandmother and then my mother. I grew up making this. And nothing tastes as good as air fryer bread!


  • 1 1/3 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2/3 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 3 overripe bananas


  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixer, or a large mixing bowl.
  2. Then spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray (or use olive oil)
  3. Cook in the Air Fryer at 330 degrees F (air fryers setting) for 20-30 minutes. Check your air fryer, does the toothpick come out clean? If so it’s done, otherwise add a few more minutes on your time.
  4. Let cool, then slice and serve.


Note: The exact time of this bread will depend on two things.

  1. What air fryer you are using.
  2. What pans you are using, obviously mini pans bake (air fry) quicker than large loaves.
  3. Just keep on baking until fully cooked.
