There is nothing better on a Sunday dinner than a nice Air Fryer Roast Beef. Today I will be showing you how to make a perfect roast beef right in your own air fryer. Filled with lots and lots of flavor, this is a perfect fall meal, and this makes excellent air fryer roast beef sandwiches.

This is a classic recipe, I have been making this for my family for years in the oven, and today I decided to prepare it in the air fryer. Now, if you know me in real life, I am a lover of everything roasted, whether it’s lamb, chicken, or pork.

Ingredients:

  • Round roast: Today I used a small 2-pound roast. The exact time for your meat is going to be a factor of how large or small the roast is, this is where your meat thermometer plays a critical role.
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Herbs
  • Salt & Pepper

How To Make The Perfect Air Fryer Roast Beef-

  1. Start by letting your meat get to room temperature, this will ensure that the meat cooks evenly.
  2. Preheat your air fryer, just run it 5 to 7 minutes at the 390 degrees F, air fryer setting. This gives your meat a nice sear.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, mix together your olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Use your hands and rub the olive oil mixture over the roast.
  5. Set the roast into the air fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes, flip your roast and air fry for another 10 to 12 minutes., now depending on how you like your meat, I like mine medium-rare, you will need to adjust the air fryer cooking time, to get your meat the way you like it.
  7. Let the meat rest at room temperature, before cutting into it, as the meat juices will settle to the middle.
  8. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
