After Sweet Potatoes have been washed and dried, prick the skin a few times so that the skin doesn’t explode in the air fryer.

Rub Sweet Potato With Olive Oil

Rub the olive oil all over the sweet potatoes.

Sprinkle Salt on Sweet Potato

Coat in salt and lay in the air fryer basket

Cook at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 35 to 45 minutes. Turn half way if your air fryer requires it.

No, generally not. As long as the potatoes are the same size, a russet potato will take longer to cook than a sweet potato.

The actual cooking time of the sweet potato will depend on how big it is; larger ones take longer to cook than smaller ones.
