Description

Air Fryer Weight Watchers Sweet Potatoes are a healthy, easy-to-make side dish perfect for anyone following a Weight Watchers plan. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor.

Ingredients 

  • 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes, washed and dried
  • ½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon Coarse Sea Salt

Instructions

  • After Sweet Potatoes have been washed and dried, prick the skin a few times so that the skin doesn’t explode in the air fryer.
  • Rub the olive oil all over the sweet potatoes.
  • Coat in salt and lay in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400°F, air fryer setting, for 35 to 45 minutes. Turn halfway if your air fryer requires it.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
