Ingredients
2Medium Sweet Potatoes, washed and dried
½TablespoonOlive Oil
½TeaspoonCoarse Sea Salt
Instructions
After Sweet Potatoes have been washed and dried, prick the skin a few times so that the skin doesn’t explode in the air fryer.
Rub the olive oil all over the sweet potatoes.
Coat in salt and lay in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400°F, air fryer setting, for 35 to 45 minutes. Turn halfway if your air fryer requires it.
