Air Fryer, Cinnamon Raisin Bagels Weight Watcher Friendly Bagels
This is such an easy and healthy way to make homemade bagels and the dough only includes two ingredients, so it couldn’t be easier. Today, I made my son’s favorite cinnamon raisin and it was so easy, you just had to add another couple of ingredients, and the flavor was amazing.
Here are the step by step instructions, so you can recreate these in your own air fryer,
In a large mixing bowl mix together the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.
Once the dough is mixed, add the cinnamon and raisins.
Mix again, so that the raisins and cinnamon are evenly distributed in the dough.
Separate your dough into 4 balls. Then shape each ball into a circle and then put your ginger in the middle and create a hole. THen use your hands to make the bagel more circular. As you make them place them into a greased air fryer basket or on a greased air fryer tray (both sprayed with olive oil)
In a small bowl, crack an egg and then beat it.
Use a pastry brush to brush on the egg wash. Then set the bagels into the air fryer for 340 degrees F, for 5 minutes. Then flip and air fry for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
