  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Chimichurri sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Rub the roast beef with olive oil, ensuring it is evenly coated. Season generously with salt and black pepper on all sides. If you prefer, you can also rub some chimichurri sauce into the beef for added flavor.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned roast beef in the air fryer basket or tray. Cook at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the roast, until the desired level of doneness is achieved. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 125°F, and for medium, 135°F.
