I baked a Betty Crocker chocolate cake in my ARIA air fryer. I used a square 8″ square corningware pan only using 1/2 the package and ingredients. Baked at 320 for 20 min, toothpick came out wet, I added 8 more minutes, the toothpick came out clean from the middle, I had melted some white choc chips w a pat of butter, splash of vanilla, and splash of canned milk in the microwave and poured it on the top while still hot; It seeped into the cracks and around the cake. Then I set it on a wire rack and cooled 30 min, cut a piece and fabulous!! It sort of made big crumbs that fell apart and were light and moist!! From now on, I’ll be making these cakes in the air fryer!!
