This is a really simple, but delicious breakfast or snack. Look for fresh avocados, I added a touch of fresh tomatoes, since I had them on hand. It’s really healthy and satisfying breakfast. Even my kids loved it!
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of any type of bread
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt, and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- optional: diced tomatoes
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado, the minced garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mix well.
- I added two slices of bread, therefore for the Omni, you press the toast button and set it for 2 pieces of bread (if you are doing more, just adjust it)
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
