  • ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • 2 slices bread, any type
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and mix well.
