Air Fryer, Chinese Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

This is such an easy recipe. Most people call them naked chicken wings. I just added salt & pepper for easy seasoning.




  1. Start by cracking the egg white in a large mixing bowl, beat until frothy, add in the salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken wing pieces into the bowl, and allow them to sit for about 15 minutes.
  3. Set them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Set the temperature for 380 degrees for 12 minutes, after 12 minutes, using tongs flip the chicken wings.
  5. Then increase the temperature to 400 degrees F, for another 5 minutes.
  6. Plate, serve and enjoy!
