Air Fryer Chinese Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings
are so good! If you love a great plate of wings, this will soon be one of your favorites!
Ingredients

chicken wings

egg white

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Start by cracking the egg white in a large mixing bowl, beat until frothy, add in the salt and pepper.
Add the chicken wing pieces into the bowl, and allow them to sit for about 15 minutes.
Set them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Set the temperature to 380 degrees for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, using tongs, flip the chicken wings.
Then increase the temperature to 400 degrees F for another 5 minutes
Plate, serve and enjoy!
