2lbschicken wings, trimmed and patted dry
2tablespoonscornstarch
2teaspoonssalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
1tablespoonvegetable oil, for spraying
2green onions, sliced (for garnish)
1tablespoonsesame oil, optional, for extra flavor
Instructions
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy. If needed, cut the wings into sections (drumettes and flats).
In a large bowl, combine the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the wings in the seasoning mixture until they are evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with vegetable oil. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket (cook in batches if needed). Air fry the wings at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
