These are some of the best wings I have ever had in my life. And I am proud to say that I air-fried them myself. They are made perfectly in the Air Fryer. Today, I am sharing with you my recipe for a classic dish, Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings.
These buffalo wings are perfectly crispy and full of flavor. I tossed them today with a classic sauce, Buffalo, and served them with a homemade ranch dressing.
They are perfect for any occasion, I usually make a huge plate of them during football season. but they are great for a light lunch or when the buffalo chicken wing craving occurs.
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings are not deep-fried, but they are so much better. They are loaded with flavor but not a lot of fat because I used my air fryer rather than a deep-fryer.
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 15–17 Chicken Wings (Frozen)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 cup flour
Simple Directions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees, F.
Add flour to a large mixing bowl, and then coat your chicken wings. Add your coated frozen wings to the Air Fryer Basket. - In a small saucepan, mix together the butter, hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Mix well. Only simmer, until everything is combined, and the butter is melted.
- Set your time for 12 minutes, then flip and do another 12 minutes.
Then open and flip them again, and do for another 12 minutes at 370 degrees F. - Remove the chicken and add them to a large mixing bowl. Then pour the sauce over them.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
Coat the chicken wings with flour.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in the saucepan, then mix in the buffalo sauce, and other ingredients as shown in the recipe.
This is the chicken wings, fully cooked, ready to be covered in sauce.
