Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes and flats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup Hooters wing sauce, or your favorite buffalo sauce

Instructions

  • Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss wings in the flour mixture until fully coated. Shake off excess.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place wings in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 25–28 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in wing sauce and heat until combined.
  • Place cooked wings in a large bowl, pour buffalo sauce over, and toss until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
