Pro Tips

  • This recipe will work in any Air Fryer Basket or Oven Model, including the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, GoWise, Corsori, and Instant Pot Crisp Lid. The recipe will be the same, but the cooking time will vary slightly.
  • The cooking time will be determined by how big your avocados are, so check frequently while they are cooking up. So you do not overcook.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the ground beef is fully cooked before removing them.

  • Fillings: I used a simple diced cheddar cheese, but you can have some great fillings. Here are some options:
  • Cheeses: Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Vegetables: Spinach, Cheese, and Vegetables
  • Mexican Inspired: Taco Meat, Taco Sauce, Mexican Cheese
  • Lasagna Inspired: Ricotta, Ground Beef, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, and Marinara Sauce.
  • Sauces: The easiest way to add flavor would be to add some BBQ sauce. You can add any sauce that you like, but some of my favorite KETO BBQ sauces are: Keto Barbecue BBQ sauce by Yo Mama’s and Stevia Sweet BBQ Sauce, Low Sugar & Gluten-Free.

Oven Instructions

You can either make these in the oven. To bake, set them in a 350-degree F, preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Check the internal temperature of the ground beef, which would be 160 degrees F.

Blackstone Griddle Instructions

You can either make these on the grill or the Blackstone Griddle. To grill them, set them in a 350-degree F, preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes.

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced
  • 6 pieces bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons jalapenos, diced

Instructions
