Description

These Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Burger Bombs are stuffed with creamy avocado and cheddar, wrapped in juicy ground beef and crispy bacon. A bold, low-carb recipe perfect for dinner or entertaining!

Ingredients 

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced
  • 6 pieces bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons jalapenos, diced

Instructions

  • Cut your avocados in half, and then remove the pit. Stuff your avocado with diced cheddar cheese.
  • Add the top of the avocado to seal.
  • In a small bowl, mix the ground beef, diced onions, and jalapenos. Then press the ground beef over the avocado.
  • Wrap the bacon around the wrapped avocado. Then set it into the air fryer basket Set cook time for 30-40 minutes at air fryer temperature of 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
