Air Fryer Garlic Mushrooms--I love a great easy air fryer mushroom recipe. I converted my recipe, which I usually make to put over my air fryer steak, into my simple, simple air-fried mushroom recipe.
This is one of my favorite recipes for vegetables I have made thus far in the air fryer, full of flavor and roasted to perfection. If you are looking for a foolproof method of making air fryer mushrooms, this is the recipe for you.
I used a simple garlic and butter flavoring in this recipe, as I didn’t want to overpower the steak. Garlic mushrooms are the perfect answer; you can toss them into a vegetable medley or even eat them raw as an appetizer, simple and delicious.
Air Fryer Mushrooms
There is nothing better than a plate of fried mushrooms, made with the air fryer, of course. Today my ingredients were very simple, but you can add anything to make them your favorite new air fryer vegetable dish.
Ingredients
Mushrooms: Choose between white buttons, baby Bellas, crimini, or even Portobello Mushrooms.
Seasonings: Olive Oil, Butter, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Simple Directions:
- Start by cleaning your mushrooms with a paper towel and wiping the dirt off of the mushrooms. Even though you purchase them in the supermarket, they still need to be cleaned.
- Mix your mushrooms with the melted butter, olive oil, Worcestershire Sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Set them into your air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes. Shake the basket several times through the cooking process.
- When you remove them, add some more butter, mix until it melts, and toss with some fresh parsley.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

This looks just wonderful! Can’t wait to try it.
What do you think about adding some sliced onions to the mixture? Seems that would be wonderful on a steak.
Thanks for another great recipe.
