Ingredients
1tablespoonbutter, melted
16ouncesfresh small white button mushrooms, or 2 cans/jars, 8 ounces each, small whole mushrooms
1/2cuponions, diced, optional
1/4teaspoonsalt
10.5ouncesbeef broth
1/3cupBurgundy wine
Instructions
Slice 16 ounces fresh small white button mushrooms(or use canned) and chop the onions into a large dice.
In a bowl, combine mushrooms, 1/2 cup onions, melted 1 tablespoon butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt Toss to coat evenly.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Place the seasoned mushrooms and onions in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
Once the mushrooms are cooked, add 10.5 ounces beef broth and 1/3 cup Burgundy wine to the mushrooms.
Stir the mixture and serve hot as a savory side dish.
