- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons milk, or cream
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Mix in the melted 2 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 large egg yolk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 4 tablespoons milk.
- Mix well.
- Fold in the 1/2 cup blueberries.
- Either spray a muffin tin (see I recommend one above or line the muffin tin with cupcake liners)
- Pour your batter into the muffin/cupcake holder/ramekin
- Set in the air fryer cook time for 5-7 minutes at air fryer temperature of 330 degrees F (air fryer setting)
