Ingredients Needed For This Air Fryer Blueberry Muffin Recipe

- All-Purpose Flour
- Granulated Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Butter
- Milk
- Pure Vanilla Extract
- Sparkling Sugar
How To Make Air Fryer Blueberry Muffin Mug Cake

Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a medium-sized bowl.

Pour in the milk and melted butter, and mix well. Fold in the blueberries.

Spray your ramekins with cooking spray, then pour the batter into the ramekins, filling about 2/3 the way full. If you are using sparkling sugar, sprinkle some on top. Place the ramekins into the air fryer at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 6-8 minutes.

Ingredients Notes:
Flour: You can use gluten-free, keto, or low-carb-friendly flour for this recipe. They will work the same; remember to use the exact quantities listed in the recipe.
Milk: Any milk product will work, including oat milk, almond milk, or even Lactaid-free milk. They will all work the same.
Sugar: If you are on a diabetic-friendly diet or just want to use a sugar substitute, feel free to switch out for Splenda sugar or even monk fruit sweetener.
Blueberries: You can switch these out for frozen or dried blueberries if you want. I made a great batch of dehydrated blueberries in the air fryer that would be perfect for this recipe.
