  • 2 1/4 cup Bisquick Mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup whipped topping, or whipped cream
  • 1/8 cup powdered sugar, optional

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add your 2 1/4 cup Bisquick Mix and 2/3 cup milk
  • Mix well until well combined.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin. Then use a biscuit cutter and cut out the biscuits.
  • Continue to make biscuits until you use all of the dough.
  • As you make them, place them onto a greased air fryer tray or in a greased air fryer basket. Set the tray or basket into the air fryer and set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, set cook time for 12-15 minutes.
  • Then cut the biscuit into half and spread 1 cup whipped topping and diced 1 cup strawberries in the middle. Give a dust of 1/8 cup powdered sugar on top.
