Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups carrot sticks or shredded carrots
- ⅓ cup crushed pineapple, slightly strained
- ⅓ cup raisins
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sugar,medium sized mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice and mix until well blended.
- Add carrot sticks, pineapple and raisins to the mixing bowl, stirring together until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
