It is one of the most iconic foods Americans routinely eat of Polish roots. In the United States, it is usually manufactured in a U-shaped form. You can easily find it in the same aisle near the hot dogs and bacon in any American grocery store.

Kielbasa is different than sausage as it has a different texture. Typically it is seasoned with garlic and pepper, but this would depend on the brand you purchase. Most kielbasa in grocery stores is sold smoked or precooked.

I absolutely love kielbasa and making them in the air fryer is the best way of making them in my opinion. I cooked mine for 10 minutes though flipping after 5 to get a good sear. I have a Costway air fryer that’s pretty big with a mesh screen in it. It was delicious ?. I also cooked mine whole like you
