Why use Cola as a marinade?
We’ve all heard of using cola when cooking meat, but did you know that it can be used as a marinade too? It is really simple! All you need to do is put your meat in the cola and let it soak for at least an hour before grilling. The sugars in the cola will help tenderize the meat while also adding flavor. And if you are feeling adventurous, try mixing up some spices with the soda to get even more taste into your meal. You might think this sounds crazy, but trust me- it works great!
