Blackstone Ribs are amazing! There is nothing better than a rack of ribs coming hot off the griddle. Made with a few ingredients, these are truly amazing!
Whether you make them on a regular gas grill or the Blackstone Griddle, they are amazing. There is nothing better when summer hits than a batch of BBQ Ribs.
Today, I chose a great rack of ribs, where the meat was falling off the bones after they were cooked up. Who knew that ribs get this good at home? Nothing like a BBQ dinner at the house with the family.

HOW TO COOK PORK RIBS ON THE GRILL?
There are two ways to grill ribs; the first is by using a dry rub. Then you can wrap the ribs in foil and cook until perfectly tender.
The second is by using plain old BBQ Sauce. Rubbing it over the ribs, both sides, so that the flavor is perfectly seasoned.
However you season them, they will cook up perfectly on the Blackstone Griddle or Gas Grill.
Ingredients For Blackstone Ribs

- Chili powder

- BBQ Sauce
How To Make Blackstone Ribs
In a small bowl, mix your spices, liquid smoke, and olive oil.
Rub it all over the ribs. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium-high heat.
Place your ribs onto the griddle. Cook for about 20 minutes, per side, and keep on flipping, until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
As soon as they are almost done, brush on some of your favorite BBQ sauce. Let them rest, for about 10 minutes, before serving.
How To Remove The Membrane
Depending on how you purchase your ribs, you may or may not have to remove the membrane.
The membrane is a layer of skin on the backside of the ribs; Since you want your ribs to fall off the bone, you typically need to remove them.
Simply, peel the skin and dispose of it.
What BBQ Sauce To Use
Since, you will end up tasting a lot of BBQ sauce, my suggestion is to use your favorite sauce. They can range from anywhere from sweet to mild.
Some great options are:
What Does Liquid Smoke Do To Your Ribs?
I started using liquid smoke soon after getting married; my mother-in-law gave me a bottle to make my husband ribs. It will give you the smoky flavor of the ribs, and it really gives you a great flavor.
I often use Liquid Smoke when I am air frying since you will get the same flavor. It really brings up the dish a whole other level.
How To Store Leftover Ribs
If you have any leftover ribs, let them cool to room temperature, and then place them into an airtight container. Place the container into the refrigerator, where they will last for about 3 to 4 days.
To Reheat Leftover Blackstone Ribs
You can heat them in a number of ways, in the microwave, air fryer or back on the Blackstone Griddle.
No matter how you reheat them, brush some BBQ sauce over them, and then heat them up.
