How To Make Air Fryer Pancake Bites

In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix and other ingredients.

Generously spray your egg bite with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray. Fill the egg mold about 2/3 cup filled with the pancakes batter.
Place the filled egg bite mold in your air fryer basket or on your air fryer tray. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 5 minutes (air fryer setting)

Pro Tips:
- This recipe will work in any Air Fryer Basket or Oven model. I have made these numerous times over the years in different air fryers, including the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, GoWise, Secura, PowerXL, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, and even the Mealthy Lid. The recipe works the same; the cooking time may vary.
- For best results, only fill the egg molds about 2/3 the way full. If you fill them further, they will either be raw on the bottom or rise too much in the Air Fryer.
Variations:
This recipe will work with almost any pancake mix, from KETO, low-carb friendly, or even Gluten Free.
A traditional American pancake is a delicious breakfast food made from flour, baking powder, and milk. The possibilities are endless when it comes to these pancakes! These Air Fryer Pancake Bites can also be changed up. Here are some of my favorite variations:

Chocolate Chips: Add about 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to the batter. You can also use butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, or even toffee bits!

Instead of the “egg bite”. Old, can you use the individual silicone cups?
