Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, (omit if using salted butter)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Mix in the melted 2 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 large egg yolk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 4 tablespoons milk, mix well.
- Fold in the 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Either spray muffin tin or ramekins with cooking spray or use a muffin liner for the muffin tin.
- Pour your batter into the muffin/cupcake holder.
- Sprinkle with sparkling sugar (optional)
- Set in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 330 degrees F (air fryer setting)
- Check to make sure the muffin is fully cooked before removing it; depending on the air fryer you own, you may need an additional minute or two.
