How To Make Air Fryer Chicken And Gravy Biscuit Sandwich

AIR FRYER CHICKEN AND GRAVY BISCUIT SANDWICH

Start by making the biscuits, place the refrigerated biscuits into the air fryer, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. For best results, flip the biscuits halfway during the cooking process. And brush them with butter!

Follow the Instant Pot Gravy recipe, and if you do not have an Instant Pot, you can also make that recipe in a small skillet.

Then follow the recipe for making the Southern Fried Chicken. If you want cheese, at the last minute, add a piece of Cheddar or American Cheese, and return it to the air fryer until fully melted.

To Assemble The Sandwich: Cut your Buttermilk Biscuit, Add your chicken on top, spoon some gravy on top, and then add a couple of pieces of bacon, top it off with a couple of dill pickles (if wanted) and the top of the buttermilk biscuit.
