Yummy! Homemade Air Fryer Blueberry Scones with Vanilla Glaze, does breakfast get better than this?
These make an amazing and fun breakfast. If you have never made scones either in the oven or in the air fryer, they are very simple. It is sort of like making a muffin, you add it to the muffin tin, today you just use a silicone scone pan. If you do not have a scone pan, simply make the batter into a large circle and use a knife to cut them into wedges.
Everyone always asks me how I get an air fryer scone pan that fits into my basket, well here is my hack—
What Are Scones?
Scones in American are fruit (sweet) or savory usually cut or shaped into wedges, They are sweeter than the British counterpart, which also calls a scone, but Americans would refer to them as biscuits. British folks also refer to them as tea cakes.

I ordered the silicone mold, and since I have the Ninja Flip toaster airfryer, it fit perfectly without cutting into the mold. This is my first attempt; so I used a scone mix, added blueberries and a sprinkling of lemon juice.
Nice, I have that air fryer, it works perfectly, enjoy!
