🧑‍🍳 Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Zucchini Crisps Recipe Tips

🥒 Slice evenly – Uniform thickness ensures all crisps cook evenly.
🧂 Salt and rest – Lightly salt zucchini slices and let them sit to draw out moisture.
🧀 Use finely grated Parmesan – It sticks better and crisps up beautifully.
🌪️ Don’t overcrowd the basket – Leave space between slices for maximum crunch.
🔁 Flip halfway through – Helps both sides get perfectly golden and crisp!

Storing, Freezing & Reheating

🧊 Storing: Store leftover zucchini crisps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. 🥒 Keep them on a paper towel to help absorb any moisture and maintain crispness. 🧻

❄️ Freezing: Freezing is not recommended as the zucchini may become mushy. 🥶 These crisps are best enjoyed fresh for the ultimate crunch. 💥

🔥 Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes to bring back the crispiness. 🌪️ Avoid the microwave, as it can make them soggy. 🚫💧

What To Serve With Air Fried Parmesan Crusted Zucchini Crisps

Today, I served mine with a simple homemade blue cheese dressing. Still, some other great options are GREEK YOGURT BBQ SAUCE, CILANTRO-LIME SOUR CREAM CREMA, OUTBACK BLOOMIN ONION SAUCE, or TGIF CREAMY CUCUMBER-WASABI RANCH DIP.

❓ Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Zucchini Crisps Recipe FAQs

🧀 Can I use another type of cheese? Yes! While Parmesan gives the best crisp, you can also try finely shredded asiago or pecorino.

🌪️ What air fryer temperature works best? Cook at 375°F (190°C) for the perfect balance of crispness and golden color.

🥒 Do I need to peel the zucchini? Nope! The skin adds texture and helps the slices hold their shape during air frying.

💧 How do I keep the crisps from getting soggy? Salt the zucchini slices and pat them dry before breading to remove excess moisture.

🧂 Can I add seasoning to the coating? Absolutely! Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or smoked paprika add great flavor.
