Greek Yogurt BBQ Sauce is the perfect dressing or dip, which goes with almost anything. I love a great Southern Dip; it has the right amount of heat and flavor.

This is one of the most requested questions I get about a recipe. It was not meant to be a recipe; I usually whip it up with my family for a sauce. I have used it on everything from Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes to my Air Fryer Fried Pickles.
The truth is it’s so easy to make, so good, and looks amazing in pictures. Who doesn’t want to dip their pickles or sweet potatoes in that creamy dip?
With only 3 ingredients, you too can make this dip! It’s easy, and the ingredients I always have on hand! Simple & Delicious-what else can you ask for?

How Much & What Hot Sauce Should I Use?
The amount of hot sauce that you use really depends on how spicy you want your dip. I use about a teaspoon, which is enough for some kick. But not enough that you are in need of a drink.
I usually use Cholula Hot Sauce, which can be found in most American Grocery Stores.
