Easy Air Fryer Pesto Potatoes Recipe Tips

  • Choose small, even potatoes: Make sure they cook evenly and get crispy.
  • Preheat the air fryer: Helps achieve a golden, crunchy exterior.
  • Toss halfway through cooking: Promotes even browning and prevents sticking.
  • Use fresh pesto: Adds vibrant flavor and aroma, but store-bought works too.
  • Adjust cook time for potato size: Larger pieces may need extra minutes.
  • Serve immediately: Potatoes are crispiest and pesto is most flavorful when fresh.
  • Add optional toppings: Sprinkle with Parmesan, chili flakes, or extra herbs for extra flavor.

Storing Instructions

  • Refrigerator: Store cooked potatoes in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven to restore crispiness.
