Instructions
- Set the air fryer to 375°F for a few minutes while prepping the meat.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef and all the seasonings (chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper). Add 1/4 cup of water or broth and mix well to combine.
- Transfer the seasoned meat mixture to a parchment-lined air fryer basket or tray. Spread into an even layer. Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, stirring once halfway through to break up the meat and ensure even cooking.
