What Is Veal?
The word veal is used to describe the meat of a calf. While it’s not as common as other meats, many people enjoy it due to its tenderness and mild flavor. The beef comes from calves that are slaughtered before developing too much muscle mass. This allows their muscles to grow more slowly than those of mature animals, which results in a very tender cut of meat-even without lengthy cooking times!
It makes for a great and easy Air Fryer Dinner Recipe!

HOW TO STORE LEFTOVER VEAL PARMESAN
Many people use veal parmesan as a traditional dish for their holidays. But what about the leftovers? How do you store them, so they don’t get spoiled before you enjoy them again? There are two ways to serve leftover veal parmesan.
To Store in The Refrigerator: Let the veal parmesan cool to room temperature, and then place it into an airtight container. It will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 days.
To Reheat: Add it to the microwave or the air fryer, and heat until warmed through.
To Freeze: There is nothing better than making a double batch and freezing it for the next day. Note: When you freeze, do not add the marinara or sauce. Freeze the veal cutlets only.
Place the cooked veal cutlets onto a parchment-line baking sheet, place the baking sheet into the freezer, and freeze until the cutlets are frozen solid. Then remove and put the veal into a freezer bag or container. They will last for about 2 to 3 months.
To Use From Frozen: For best results, thaw in the refrigerator overnight, add your sauce and cheese, and either microwave or air fry. Heat until warmed through.
