Pro Tips:

  • You can either use fresh or frozen blueberries for this recipe. If you use frozen blueberries, do not thaw them; throw them into the batter frozen.
  • You can use any blueberry muffin mix for this recipe.
  • If you want to reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe, you can substitute it for unsweetened apple sauce.
  • I have made these several times in all different types of Air Fryers, including the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, and other models of Air Fryer Basket and Oven Models. The recipe and time will be about the same.

How To Store Air Fryer Banana Blueberry Oat Muffins

If you have leftover muffins, let them cool to room temperature and then place them into an airtight container or resealable bag. They will stay for about 3 to 4 days at room temperature.

Place the leftover muffins into the refrigerator for any longer, and they will last for about a week. You can reheat them in the air fryer or microwave before serving.

Can You Freeze Banana Blueberry Muffins?

Yes, this makes for a great Air Fryer Meal-Prep Meal. Make the muffins as directed below, and then let them cool to room temperature. Then place them into a freezer bag. They will last for 2 to 3 months.

To use, thaw on the counter or overnight in the refrigerator. You can also heat them in the microwave or air fryer before serving.
